Comrade Luo Jiangang Won the Honorary Title of "Ziyang City Model Worker"
On April 30, Ziyang City solemnly held the third commendation meeting for model workers, and Comrade Luo Jiangang of Haida Group won the honorary title of "model workers in Ziyang City.
Since joining the work in 1991, Comrade Luo Jiangang has been determined to forge ahead, study hard, and have the courage to innovate. Through long-term learning and practice, he has grown into an excellent tire design engineer, and has grown from an ordinary employee to the semi-steel design office of the Rubber Design Institute of Haida Group Director. Comrade Luo Jiangang has successively developed and designed 51 independent brand products and 21 OEM products represented by white sidewall series tires, asymmetric pattern tires, high performance series tires and winter tires. We have successfully developed 305/35ZR24, 255/30ZR22 and other 22-24 inch ultra-low section, large rim size, high technical content and high added value high-end products-UHP high-performance tires, which have greatly enriched the HD921 pattern, it has formed a leading product with independent intellectual property rights for Haida Group, which has enhanced its international competitiveness; and more than 80 new products have completed trial production experiments and trial production. At the same time, Comrade Luo Jiangang led his technical team to continuously improve the light truck radial tire series products to continuously improve its product performance; he guided the completion of more than 10 new product designs and obtained 7 national patents; he has authored 2 high-end academic papers on tire product research and development published in national journals; he successively organized the research and development and design of "low-profile high-performance semi-steel radial tires" and "high-passability winter tires" won the second and third prizes of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award respectively, filling the gap in the province.
